Mission Statement

​The Muriel S. Snowden International School at Copley is a multicultural, multilingual urban high school in the center of Copley Square, Boston. Snowden International is a college preparatory high school with an international studies and world language focus that offers a rigorous academic curriculum. The school's mission is to foster a community in which individual students, faculty, and families function together to sustain global awareness and responsibility, high academic achievement, and the ability to succeed in a diverse American society.

IB Program School

Snowden International School is an International Baccalaureate School. This program aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. IB students take an active part in, and contribute to, their school, their local community and their global community.

HBCU Gala

The Black Educators Group is currently gearing up for our Inaugural HBCU Gala. This event will be our annual fundraiser to provide students with the transformative experience of an HBCU Tour. We would like to extend an invitation for you to join us for a night of community, connectivity, and comradery where we will celebrate our students and highlight the outstanding achievements of some of Boston's trailblazers. This event will take place on Friday, March 8th at the Bruce C. Bolling Municipal Building. We are asking that interested staff members please RSVP by this Friday, March 1st. We hope that you choose to attend and partake in this joyous occasion as we create and celebrate history together.
