Mission Statement

The Muriel S. Snowden International School at Copley is a multicultural, multilingual urban high school in the center of Copley Square, Boston. Snowden International is a college preparatory high school with an international studies and world language focus that offers a rigorous academic curriculum. The school's mission is to foster a community in which individual students, faculty, and families function together to sustain global awareness and responsibility, high academic achievement, and the ability to succeed in a diverse American society.

IB Program School

Snowden International School is an International Baccalaureate School. This program aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. IB students take an active part in, and contribute to, their school, their local community and their global community.

Welcome to Snowden Class Of 2025 Graduation Ceremony at Boston Old South Church in Back Bay! The memorable event brought our community together once again to share our excitement, achievement and happiness. We are grateful to the event organizers: Snowden's admin, Ms. Bylaska, and all the staff and students who supported us in many ways. We hope you enjoy every moment! (click the top title for photos)

The Year-end Arts Showcase was a rousing success!

Great performances from our IB Junior Theater students, and beautiful artwork on the wall! Being an IB school means we are a school that values the arts, and seeing the support of staff and students was a big reminder of that fact.
