Sign-In to Verify Work (every day by 7:35am)

All BPS employees have been directed to use the following form to sign-in AND to sign-out each day that they are working; you will be expected to complete the form twice each day: once when you start your day, and once when you end your day. The form will use the timestamp to capture the date and time; in the event that you forget, there is an option to retroactively log a sign-in/out, where you will be asked to manually enter the date and time.

This replaces what used to be paper sign-in/out forms at the building level. For more information about this, please see the attached document entitled Remote Sign-In Procedure for BPS Staff. To make sure that you are in compliance with this directive, you will be required to sign in and out daily at the following link: Boston Public Schools - Sign-In/Sign-Out (SY20-21)

As a reminder, we have also sent a daily recurring Google calendar invite with this link for both signing in and for signing out.

Please ensure that you sign-in AND sign-out daily, as our school will be required to report this data for public accountability purposes, and the City Auditor requires a log of each employee’s sign-in and sign-out time each day. Failure to complete this daily may result in our school showing a lower percentage of teachers in work status than is accurate.
